The purpose of this procurement is to appoint suitably qualified and licensed service providers capable of accepting, handling, transporting (where applicable), recycling and/or disposing of plasterboard waste in accordance with all applicable environmental legislation. The Authority wishes to maximise recycling performance whilst ensuring compliance with waste management regulations and delivering value for money.
