Mindray's exclusive Distribution and Supply Agreement with MET Healthcare provides evidence that MET has exclusive rights as regards maintenance of Mindray equipment within Northern Ireland.\[NB1.1\]

It has been confirmed by Baxter (the manufacturer\[NB2.1\]), that "MET Healthcare have been our sole Irish distributor of our Trumpf

Medical Operating Room Tables & accessories, and Surgical Examination Lights, Pendants Supply Units & Video Solutions product portfolios"

There is no alternative supplier as MET Healthcare Limited has been confirmed as the maintenance provider for both Mindray and Trumpf

The proposed DAC duration is 5 years, with a maximum 4.5 year potential extension period.

The DAC will be terminated early in the event of regional contract award.
