Old Bolsover Town Council invites quotations from suitably qualified and experienced roofing contractors for the design, supply and installation of a replacement roof system to the George Bratt Room at Bolsover Assembly Hall. The existing mono-pitch roof has experienced intermittent water ingress for approximately ten years despite numerous repairs. An independent Chartered Building Surveyor has concluded that the existing roof covering is likely unsuitable for the roof pitch, exposure and prevailing weather conditions and recommends complete roof renewal.
