[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender The Land Training Advisory Capability (LTAC) (formerly Land Training Test & Reference Centre (LTT&RC)) will provide independent testing, analysis and assurance to support confidence in the Army Collective Training Service (ACTS). It will ensure that the Land Warfare Centre (LWC) remains an intelligent customer, able to maintain technical coherence and keep services focused on training outcomes, underpinned by secure information and data. Drawing upon reference architecture, technical standards and a test-bed for evaluating integration compatibility, the LTAC will provide independent support to the acceptance of digital products and provide assurance support that solutions meet the Defence Modelling and Simulation Coherence and Secure by Design principles. The LTAC will maintain the ACTS architecture baseline and act as the architecture custodian, ensuring coherence, traceability and alignment with approved Defence standards.
