These services are time-critical and require providers to deliver court-compliant evidence of service whilst ensuring compliance with safeguarding, information governance and legal requirements. The Council is seeking to better understand the current market capabilities, available delivery models, and emerging innovations before commencing a formal procurement process. The Council is therefore looking to procure a Process Serving service. ## CPV classification Legal services Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-06f4b8-2026-09-08T14:45:11+01:00 [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-06f4b8-2026-09-08T14:45:11+01:00) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
