To support this volume of refurbishment work, establishing a laundry contract would be highly beneficial. In addition, there is a recurring requirement for spot cleaning of various office furniture. Since washing and dry-cleaning services are regularly required for both residential and non-residential properties, having a formal contract in place would improve efficiency.
