The provider shall deliver UHN expectations of a high quality, integrated, safe and patient centred pathway. The service is commissioned to improve access, eliminate long RTT waits and provide a resilient elective capacity whilst maintaining safety, quality and patient experience in line with NHS and GIRFT guidance. The Provider will be fully accountable for RTT performance for all patients transferred or referred under this contract.
