This will replace current manual processes, reduce overall risk and support real-time monitoring and data-driven decision-making. The University has approximately 3,500 employees and 25,000 students. There are five faculties comprising of various individual schools, and then central academic and professional services. It is expected that any user can access the software to report a concern or incident and raise a query. It is anticipated that around 500 staff are likely to require enhanced access to complete processes such as risk assessments and inspections.
