The Council has designed a two-lot framework model to attract specialist providers and ensure a high-quality, end-to-end housing solution. This Soft Market Engagement is intended to allow interested organisations with relevant experience to outline their views and provide information with no commitment to themselves or the Council. ## CPV classification Renting or leasing services of own property Real estate agency services on a fee or contract basis Social work services with accommodation Accommodation services Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-06ea0e-2026-08-24T08:45:41+01:00 [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-06ea0e-2026-08-24T08:45:41+01:00) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
