This includes the supply, delivery, installation, maintenance and support of telecare technologies that help people live independently and safely. The framework may cover personal alarms, falls detectors, environmental sensors (such as smoke, flood and carbon monoxide detectors), GPS tracking devices, telecare hubs, medication reminder devices, activity monitoring systems and related accessories. Suppliers will be required to provide compliant, high-quality equipment and may also be required to offer installation, training, repairs, technical support and equipment replacement services.
