Source: https://tendernation.io/opportunities/01a13be7-d7c9-73e5-b054-1320c4373991/mep-tender-notice closed GB open procedure # MEP Tender Notice [Courtauld Institute of Art](https://tendernation.io/buyers/courtauld-institute-of-art) Estimated value £9,000,000 Published 19 Aug 2026 Deadline Closed 14 Oct 2026 ## Who can bid - Open procedure Anyone can submit a full tender; there is no shortlisting stage. ## About this tender ### MEPH - Survey, isolate, strip out and dispose of relevant existing services in a safe manner. - Survey and report on condition of existing services in the Phase 1 areas that are being retained - Enabling works and decommissioning of Phase 1 works - CCTV Survey of existing drainage/rainwater stacks - Above ground soil & waste drainage consisting of new pipework, thermal and acoustic insulation, chlorination and treatment - Above ground rainwater drainage system consisting of new pipework, thermal and acoustic insulation, sump pump - Supply and installation of sanitaryware including, but not limited to WCs, sinks, taps - Domestic cold water services including mains supply, boosted distribution, storage tank, booster set, pumps, conditioner, trace heating, leak detection and insulation - Water booster set located in the 'Strands vaults', provided as Part of Phase 1 is to be extended as part of Phase 2 works. - Hot water plant and distribution pipework including insulation - Low temperature hot water (LTHW) heating systems - Dry riser system - Water treatment, flushing & chlorination - Specialist water treatment / humidification systems (RO plant) - Pipework insulation & trace heating - Chilled water systems - Heat pump plant & associated infrastructure - Underfloor heating systems - Variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system including cooling units, controllers, refrigerant & condensate pipework distribution, FCUs and insulation - Refrigerant leak detection - Electric heating systems - radiant heaters and controls - Gas installation to Kitchens - Boiler flue - Meters - heat interface, water and gas. All meters shall be connected and monitored from the Courtauld's automated metering system. - Liaison with Thames Water ### VENTILATION - Air handling units and heat recovery units - Toilet extract fans - Attenuators including cross talk - Fresh air intake ductwork - Exhaust ductwork 6. Supply ductwork 7. Extract ductwork 8. Kitchen fire rated ductwork 9.
