These business-critical applications support Orbit's development, land and valuation functions, enabling the assessment of new housing opportunities, management of development programmes, and financial appraisal of schemes. The SDS platform is embedded within established business processes and contains significant operational and historical data. Renewal is required to maintain continuity of service, ensure ongoing vendor support, security updates and software enhancements, and avoid disruption to core development and investment activities. Continued use of the SDS suite enables informed decision-making, effective programme governance, and efficient management of Orbit's development portfolio. We are consolidating the 3 modules and fixing the price for the 3-year contract. Contract/TCV: - TCV: £160,886 (excl.
