The BBC undertakes a range of governance activities including Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Transfer Risk Assessments (TRAs/TIAs), AI Risk Assessments, risk acceptance, Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), case management and governance reporting. These activities are currently supported through a combination of manual processes and existing tools.
