The Works under each contract comprise of: Ph 4 Enabling Works Package Scope: - Demolition of the existing sewage treatment works (ESTW) - Vegetation clearance and tree felling - Topsoil stripping - Archaeological Investigations - Ground Investigation Works - Other Necessary surveys and investigations i.e. topographic survey Contract: Let Under a JCT 24 Standard Contract (with Employers amendments) based on the Employers Requirements Contractor to provide 'post contract' Principal Designer's services.
