This means that projects can go ahead without representation from affected groups. We are looking to appoint organisations to a framework to bring in external consultants with expertise in the barriers that marginalised groups face to remedy this lack of representation without expecting contributors to carry full project responsibilities. We are looking to add up to 20 consultants to the framework. Work will be allocated using mini-competitions and in circumstances outlined under the requirements section via direct award. ## CPV classification General management consultancy services Human resources management consultancy services Guidance and counselling services Guidance services Equal opportunities consultancy services Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-06de24-2026-08-18T15:12:06+01:00 [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-06de24-2026-08-18T15:12:06+01:00) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
