All works will be let through a JCT contract between the successful Contractor and Stonewater. The housing development consists of 22 nr. Houses, 1 nr. wheelchair accessible M4(3) Bungalow & 6 nr Flats, with a Gross Floor Area of 2560 m2. The proposed dwellings comprise of 1-, 2-, 3-and 4-bedroom units with a mixed tenure, affordable and social rent. The following plots are to be affordable rent; 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28. Finally the housing development includes the construction of soft and hard landscaping areas, and an estate spine road.
