The Supplier will make available subject to order placement by the Authority the materials listed in the attached Att 2 -Pricing document . The Supplier shall ensure that all goods and materials supplied are in new, unused and of the most recent or current models/standards and that they incorporate all recent improvements in the design and manufacturing of the goods and materials, unless provided for otherwise in the contract.
