The contract includes the bulk replacement of approximately 580 health mark stamps to meet new regulatory requirements, the routine and emergency production of replacement stamps, and the provision of bespoke disease and identification stamps as required. The supplier must provide manufacturing, engraving, dispatch, stock management, and reporting services, with strict delivery timescales and quality standards.
