The requirement to deliver food from production sites to import locations is partly due to certain locations not having adequate facilities within their premises to cook the volume of meals required. This requirement was previously delivered in-house by Neighbourhoods, Regeneration and Sustainability (NRS), however over time NRS’ capacity has reduced. ## CPV classification School catering services Catering services Catering services for transport enterprises Catering services for other enterprises or other institutions Post and courier services Courier services Transport services (excl.
