This will provide an unlimited number of suitably qualified and experienced Childcare Providers (referred to as Potential Providers).The provision is being purchased under two Lots: LOT 1 – FLYING STARTLOT 2 – NON-MAINTAINED EARLY EDUCATION. WCBC envisage that the opportunity to provide services within this remit will be offered on an annual basis not exceeding the contract term of this initial provision to allow for expansion, market development and changing demographics. The application opportunities will occur each year for a September commencement date. Any supplier is who not successful at point of application to this tender provision will be able to reapply for provision from 2027/2028 onwards. ### CONTRACT TERM AND FORM The duration of the overarching Contracts is 1st September 2026 – 31st August 2030. There is an extension option available of annual increments not exceeding a maximum of two years (conclusion potentially 31st August 2032).
