BFL is seeking a modern, cloud-based platform that supports the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including procurement compliance, eTendering, supplier management, contract management, reporting, governance, and integration with existing enterprise systems. This Planned Procurement Notice is published to provide advance visibility of BFL's procurement intentions and to assist suppliers in preparing for a forthcoming competitive procurement process.
