The Trust wishes to appoint a single provider capable of delivering both services through a single contractual arrangement and, where possible, a single integrated platform. The Services include, but are not limited to: - Occupational Health management referrals. - Long-term sickness absence assessments. - Frequent absence reviews. - Return-to-work assessments. - Fitness-for-work assessments. - Stress and wellbeing assessments. - Disability and Equality Act related assessments. - Workplace adjustment assessments and recommendations. - Pre-employment health questionnaires. - Pre-employment medical screening and assessments. - Occupational Health clearance recommendations. - Reporting and management information. - Account management and support. The Provider shall deliver a secure online solution that supports referral management, case tracking, reporting, management information and pre-employment medical screening. Estimated annual volumes include approximately 50 Occupational Health referrals and 60 pre-employment health questionnaires per annum. Suppliers must be capable of providing both Occupational Health Services and Pre-Employment Medical Screening Services under a single contractual arrangement. Following evaluation of written submissions, the three highest-scoring suppliers may be invited to participate in a supplier demonstration.
