NPTCBC wish to use this preliminary event to engage with the current supplier market regarding the potential opportunities available within the proposed Minor Works Open Framework Lot categories below: - Roofing; - Specialist Flooring; - Scaffolding; - Mechanical a) Air-conditioning; b) Heating; c) Plumbing; - Electrical; - General Minor Works below £50,000; - General Minor Works between £50,000 and £250,000; - Fencing; - Glazing; (please note that the above list may be subject to change prior to the tender going live) NPTCBC officers will outline the scope of Minor Works along with the proposed Lotting structure detailed above, as well as the Open Framework procurement process and the provisional timetable from live publishing through to final award.
