The services support critical customer-facing systems including Customer Information Systems (CIS), Passenger Announcement (PA) systems, roaming microphones and associated telecommunications infrastructure. The contract will provide: ### Planned preventative maintenance ### Corrective and reactive maintenance 24/7 fault support and helpdesk services ### Asset management and reporting Replacement and renewal of identified CIS and PA assets Installation and commissioning of specified renewal works The contract also includes: ### Display renewals at 10 EMR stations ### PAPC replacements at 25 EMR stations Screen replacements at Newark Castle and Mansfield stations ### Burton station roaming microphone installation The proposed arrangement is limited to 12 months and is required to maintain continuity of service whilst EMR completes and mobilises a competitive procurement for a long-term replacement contract.
