Procurement will be via competition using suppliers selected from Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Professional Services Framework. The remit of the eventual appointed supplier will entail representing the client's interests across a range of project functions including: Pre-Construction and Detail Design: Assisting and reviewing the development of the detail design packages for the project and supporting programme. Contract Administration: Overseeing the construction works, managing variations, and ensuring compliance with the contract. Cost Management: Monitoring project costs, agreeing on variations, and managing claims. Quality Assurance: Ensuring the project is built to the required quality standards. Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact between the client and the contractor, facilitating clear communication and resolving issues while supporting the implementation if the Project Communications and Engagement Strategy.
