Scope of the contract: To supply and install a new Changing Places facility at Yate Outdoor Sports Complex, including required groundworks and utility connections. To comply with all aspects of the Changing Places Consortium requirements, as per the provided documents, to ensure the facility can be registered with the Changing Places Consortium upon project completion and guarantees given that this will be achieved. The successful tender will be required to enter a JCT Design and Build form of contract with the client: Yate Town Council. Valuations will be monthly. Retention percentage 5% reducing to 2.5% on practical completion for a 12-month retention period.
