We are looking for a team capable of redefining how workplace, learning, collaboration and community engagement come together within a modern housing, care and support and regeneration organisation. As a newly merged organisation, Codi currently operates from three principal office locations across Newport, Cardiff and Swansea, providing approximately 32,000 sq ft of accommodation. Whilst this commission begins with Exchange House, we are seeking a design approach capable of informing the future of Codi's wider workplace estate. We do not simply wish to refurbish an office. ## CPV classification Building completion work Construction work Furniture (incl. office furniture), furnishings, domestic appliances (excl. lighting) and cleaning products Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-06d443-2026-07-27T13:11:42+01:00 [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-06d443-2026-07-27T13:11:42+01:00) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
