The future contract may include: - Responsive repairs and maintenance. - Emergency and out-of-hours call-out services. - Mechanical and electrical works. - Roofing, drainage and building fabric repairs. - Planned maintenance activities. - Minor works projects. - Building improvement works. - Capital projects. - One-off ad hoc building works. - Specialist repair services.
