Works include the replacement of timber floors to living rooms, dining rooms and hallways with insulation, concrete and screed; new skirtings; replacing both kitchens complete and bathroom to no. 21, refurbish bathroom to no. 23; re-wiring both properties; new central heating to nos. 21 and 23; replace staircase complete to no. 21; replace all internal doors and some linings; other sundry repairs to first floor boarding; skimming all walls and ceilings; complete redecoration; sundry external repairs. The estimated value of the resulting contract will be between £90,000 and £100,000 (ex VAT). It is AHG’s expectation that works will commence 1st June 2026 with completion in 4 to 6 weeks.
