The majority of boilers are of a domestic nature, with a small number of commercial installations. Full details of the Services required are contained in the Specification as set out in Appendix 1 of the ITT document. The Contract is expected to commence in April 2027. The Contract will last for an initial period of 5 years, with an option to extend at Pioneer’s discretion for up to 2 further years, and 2 additional years, giving a total potential maximum period of 9 years. The estimated total value is for the initial contract period of 5 years. This prcurement is being administered on behalf of the Pioneer Group by Clarity Procurement Solutions Limited.
