In line with the principles of GIRFEC , the Council is committed to promoting, supporting and nurturing children and young people’s mental health and well-being. The Council also has a commitment to trauma responsive approaches and practice. The service provider must be able to demonstrate their own commitment to trauma informed practice and GIRFEC principles.
