To provide intensive and focused housing related navigation support to rough sleepers and single homeless people. To provide floating support to 26 (may increase) bed space within shared accommodation across 11 (may increase) properties that support former homeless people with low or medium-sized support needs across the Borough of Knowsley. Interventions must support people to become tenancy ready or achieve a positive housing solution or sustain their shared housing, so that they have the confidence and skills to move on and sustain a tenancy independently.
