The purpose of this engagement is to: - Seek provider and stakeholder feedback - Inform the future service model and procurement approach - Understand market capacity, capability, and innovation - Support delivery of high-quality, sustainable, and outcome-focused services - Background and Context The Council currently commissions Home-Based Support through a framework arrangement with multiple providers, delivering approximately 1,000-1,100 care packages annually.
