The Council is looking to develop an Approved Provider list (APL) for outreach services for people with mental health needs, as part of a drive to give people a greater range of support that allows them to continue to live at home. Outreach is flexible and adaptable person-centred support provided to individuals in their own home and in the community to support their wellbeing and develop or maintain independence.
