This will include the supply of land and design and construction of properties to meet the DfC Homes for Intermediate Rent Design Standards and statutory requirements (e.g. Planning Permission, Building Control approval), as well as adhering to Maple and May’s specific design and specification standards and the Employer’s Requirements included in the precedent Sale and Development Agreement. The competition will seek developments of up to 20no. units from each potential supplier with the ability to award contracts to multiple Developers. Therefore, the output of the competition may exceed 20. units depending on the quantity and quality of tender submissions received.
