This national Framework will cover Works projects between £0k and £15m in value, within the UK for the whole of the public sector. The Framework will aim to provide the public sector with a Procurement Act 2023 (PA23) compliant procurement vehicle that enables public authorities to be able to procure works from local, as well as national Contractors. The scope of service for any appointed Contractor is to deliver on the below: - Achieving high levels of satisfaction - Delivering right first time, every time - A constant and relentless drive for value for money - Accessible and visible customer services, catering for all needs - Keeping customers constantly informed of service progress and being fully involved in service improvement. - Responding quickly to service failure and learning from complaints - To improve choice and flexibility around contractor and the methods of procurement.
