The works will require the scoping of land to develop new build, affordable dwellings under the Ty Gwynedd scheme. Cyngor Gwynedd are looking for sites to develop a maximum of 15 units, or a minimum of 3 units per site. The development could be a mix of 2, 3 or 4 bedroom properties (final mix would be agreed and dependent on conclusions of work carried out by the Rural Housing Enabler).
