The Commissioner is directly awarding, following direct award process B, a contract to The Centre for ADHD Research and Excellence Ltd for Lot 1 - ADHD Services for Adults, and Lot 2 - ADHD Services for Children, in accordance with the criteria outlined in Regulation (9) of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The initial contract term is 24 months, with the option to extend twice for up to 12 months each time. The contract period commenced on the 01 April 2026.
