The contracts will be for an initial term of three (3) years extendable at the Client's sole discretion for the option of additional three (3) years plus two (2) additional periods of two (2) years, giving a total of ten (10) years. The contracts will contain a 12 month termination for convenience clause. The estimated contract value for all Lots across all work types for the maximum ten (10) years is £95.5 million.
