The proposed service may include the collection from designated storage area, transportation, treatment, and lawful disposal of clinical and offensive waste generated from residential properties within the Authority’s area. The Authority wishes to understand supplier capabilities, market capacity, innovation opportunities, environmental considerations, and potential delivery models to help inform the future procurement strategy and service specification.
