The Service will provide a district-wide, year-round fuel poverty and thermal comfort service for residents who are vulnerable to the health impacts of cold homes, excess heat, damp, mould and fuel poverty. The Service will deliver targeted advice, practical interventions, energy efficiency measures, income maximisation support, outreach and referral services to improve health outcomes and reduce health inequalities.
