The OH Service supports all Anglian Water employees, regardless of role or contract type, and covers: Health Surveillance – Regular monitoring for employees exposed to specific workplace risks (e.g., noise, hazardous substances, vibration). Fitness for Work Assessments – Pre-employment, return-to-work, and role-specific medical evaluations. Sickness Absence Management – Independent advice to managers on supporting employees’ recovery and return to work. Workplace Adjustments – Recommendations for reasonable adjustments to support employees with health conditions or disabilities. Wellbeing Promotion – Initiatives to encourage healthy lifestyles, stress management, and mental health awareness.
