The LLP will set out what new development is planned to take Leeds City Council would like to commence a procurement process for an Economic Viability Study (EVS) to support its Local Plan. As the Plan progresses there is a need to undertake strategic viability testing as part of an EVS, in line with national planning guidance and requirements. The aim of the work is to produce a robust, up-to-date whole Plan Viability Assessment that meets the requirements of national policy and guidance.
