The works include the following: Removal of existing boiler plant and sections of existing associated pipework ### Powerflush, clean and flush existing heating system ### Installation of new natural gas fired condensing boiler Installation of new header, shunt pump and associated pipework and fittings Modification of existing flue and installation of new to suit new boiler (via specialist contractor). Modification of existing boiler room heating circuits and installation of new to suit new boiler arrangement Modification of existing and installation of gas safety solenoid valve and associated controls Modification of existing controls to accept outside air sensor (for boiler direct weather compensation feature), and shunt pump.
