The current contract for the Authority's Revenues and Benefits service delivery is due to expire on 7 May 2028. The Authority is therefore considering its future delivery model and is seeking to engage with suppliers that are capable of delivering a full end to end Revenue and Benefits Service to inform its strategic approach. This includes consideration of a range of options, including fully outsourced, in-house or a shared service model.
