The Dynamic Market will be used to appoint suitably qualified transport providers capable of delivering safe, reliable and patient-focused transport services across Wales. Services may include, but are not limited to, planned patient transport, discharge transport, specialist transport requirements and other associated non-emergency transport services as required by the Trust. The purpose of the Dynamic Market is to provide the Trust with a flexible and compliant route to market for future NEPTS requirements, enabling suitably qualified providers to apply for admission to the market during its term, subject to meeting the relevant conditions for participation.
