RWP intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to the existing domestic property. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following: - Associated plumbing and M&E services alteration. - Alterations to floorplan layout. - Associated decoration and new floor finishes throughout the property. - General building works. - Demolition of garage. - Associated external works. Bidders should refer to the Specification for further details of Progress Housing Group's requirements and the Services that the successful Bidder will be required to provide under the Contract. Bidders are required to review the Specification in detail to gain a full understanding of the proposed Contract and Progress Housing Group's requirements. ### Site Visits All contractors MUST visit site prior to submitting a tender.
