Provision is anticipated to include vocational training, entry-level and progression-based learning, and community-based provision aimed at improving employability outcomes. KCC is currently developing its procurement strategy and intends to undertake preliminary market engagement to inform the final design of the procurement, including the route to market, lotting structure and contract model.
