A separate Asbestos Removal framework exists, and customers must have the right/license to use any data and/or reports produced to inform and instruct asbestos removal contractors. It is intended the framework will be available to members of the following Participating Consortia - NEUPC (PPON - PVTM-8818-LTHQ) ### LUPC (PPON - PNVT-3763-LBZD) NWUPC (PPON - PLZJ-2257-TGCV) ### SUPC (PPON - PZZN-4928-CWMD) Any Participating Consortia member, whether existing or new, that is not located within any of the geographic regions identified, shall be entitled to use the framework. The framework will be open to members and their partners regardless of whether or not they are to be defined as Contracting Authorities for the purpose of the PA23.
