The Crematorium must remain operational throughout the programme. The works will therefore require careful planning, phasing, and coordination to ensure continuity of cremation services. The selected Contractor will enter into a long-term maintenance, servicing, and technical agreement of the cremation plant for up to 25 years, reflecting the anticipated lifecycle of the cremation plant.
